Introduction:

The Infinix Note 60 Pro CODM Edition is a special-edition smartphone designed for mobile gaming enthusiasts, especially players who enjoy Call of Duty: Mobile. It combines a distinctive Tactical Edition design with a powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, a high-refresh-rate AMOLED display, an advanced cooling system, and a large battery. These features make it an interesting option for users who want a gaming-focused phone without sacrificing everyday smartphone functionality.

One of the biggest highlights of the device is its Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 processor, built on a 4nm manufacturing process. The chipset is designed to handle demanding games, multitasking, video streaming, and everyday applications. Infinix also advertises certification for up to 120FPS gameplay in Call of Duty: Mobile under supported conditions, making this edition particularly attractive to competitive mobile gamers.

The smartphone features a 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a refresh rate of up to 144Hz. This combination delivers sharp visuals, vibrant colours, and smoother animations. For gaming, a responsive display can help make fast movements and on-screen controls feel more fluid, although the actual frame rate depends on the game and its supported settings.

Another important feature is the IceCore 3D VC cooling system, which is designed to manage heat during extended gaming sessions. The phone also includes JBL-tuned dual stereo speakers, a rear Active Matrix display, and a dedicated gaming-inspired appearance. Together, these features help distinguish the CODM Edition from ordinary smartphones.

Battery life is another major selling point. The device comes with a 6,500mAh battery, supports up to 90W wired fast charging, and offers wireless charging. Its 50MP main camera with optical image stabilisation also makes it suitable for everyday photography, while the 8MP ultra-wide camera provides additional flexibility.

In this article, we cover the Infinix Note 60 Pro CODM Edition price in India, complete specifications, gaming performance, display, cameras, battery, advantages, disadvantages, and whether this special-edition phone is worth buying.

Infinix Note 60 Pro CODM Edition Price in India

According to the official Infinix India website, the listed prices depend on the selected storage configuration. The 8GB/128GB variant has been listed at ₹35,999, while the 8GB/256GB variant has been listed at ₹39,999. The website also displays higher regular prices, but promotional offers and stock availability can change.

The 8GB/128GB version may be suitable for users who primarily play a few games and use everyday applications. The 8GB/256GB version provides more space for large game downloads, recorded gameplay, photographs, and videos.

Before purchasing, check the official website for the current price, available configuration, bank offers, and any promotional gifts.

Infinix Note 60 Pro CODM Edition Full Specifications

Specifications are based on the official Infinix India product listing. Certain features and performance figures may vary with software updates, regional availability, and supported applications.

Design and Build Quality

The Infinix Note 60 Pro CODM Edition features a special Tactical Edition design inspired by the Call of Duty: Mobile gaming experience. Rather than offering only a standard smartphone appearance, this edition focuses on a more distinctive look for users who enjoy gaming-themed devices.

The design is intended to appeal to players who want their phone to reflect their interest in mobile gaming. It also makes the device stand out from the regular Note 60 Pro, which is aimed at a broader audience.

The phone measures approximately 162.37 × 77.17 × 7.45mm and weighs around 200 grams. Its large display provides plenty of room for gaming controls and entertainment, although users who prefer compact and lightweight phones may find it relatively large.

A particularly unusual feature is the rear Active Matrix display. This secondary display can show supported information and visual effects without requiring users to activate the main screen. The exact functions available depend on the phone’s software and supported settings.

The IP64 rating offers protection against dust and water splashes under specified test conditions. However, it does not make the device waterproof, and the phone should not be submerged in water.

Overall, the Tactical Edition design is a key reason to choose this model over a conventional smartphone.

Display Quality and Gaming Experience

The Infinix Note 60 Pro CODM Edition features a 6.78-inch LTPS AMOLED display with a 1.5K resolution of 1208 × 2644 pixels. The screen is designed to provide sharp text, detailed images, and rich colours, making it suitable for both gaming and everyday entertainment.

The AMOLED panel delivers strong contrast and deep blacks. This is useful when playing visually demanding games, watching films, or viewing photographs. The large screen also provides additional space for touch controls, menus, and in-game information.

The refresh rate reaches up to 144Hz. A high refresh rate can make compatible games and system animations appear smoother. However, the display’s maximum refresh rate does not mean every game will run at 144 frames per second. Game-specific frame-rate limits and performance settings determine the actual experience.

Infinix advertises peak brightness of up to 4,500 nits. This is a peak figure measured under specific conditions, not a guarantee that the entire display will maintain that brightness continuously. Corning Gorilla Glass 7i adds protection against everyday scratches and certain impacts.

For Call of Duty: Mobile players, the display is one of the phone’s strongest features. It combines a high resolution, a fast refresh rate, and a large viewing area that can make gameplay more immersive.

Processor and Gaming Performance

The smartphone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset, manufactured using a 4nm process. It is designed to balance performance and power efficiency while supporting modern mobile applications and demanding games.

The octa-core processor is paired with an Adreno GPU A810. This hardware combination is designed to provide responsive performance in compatible games, support multitasking, and handle demanding applications.

The CODM Edition is advertised as certified for up to 120FPS gaming in Call of Duty: Mobile. This is an important selling point for players who prefer smoother gameplay and responsive controls. However, the actual frame rate depends on the game version, supported graphics settings, software updates, and thermal conditions.

The phone also includes 8GB of physical RAM, with an advertised option to supplement it using virtual RAM. Virtual RAM uses internal storage and should not be considered equivalent to additional physical memory.

For users who install large games, record gameplay, and frequently switch between applications, the 256GB configuration may be the more convenient option. The 128GB version can still work well for users who manage their storage carefully.

Overall, the Snapdragon processor and gaming-focused features make this phone a compelling option for mobile gamers, although independent gaming tests are useful when comparing sustained performance with competitors.

IceCore 3D VC Cooling System

Gaming performance depends on more than just the processor. When a phone runs demanding games for extended periods, heat can affect performance, battery consumption, and comfort.

The Infinix Note 60 Pro CODM Edition includes an IceCore 3D VC cooling system. Infinix advertises a vapour chamber area of approximately 4,758mm², combined with high-conductivity graphite materials. The system is designed to spread heat away from important components and help maintain performance during demanding tasks.

This can be useful during longer Call of Duty: Mobile sessions, particularly when playing at high frame rates. However, cooling technology cannot eliminate heat entirely. Ambient temperature, screen brightness, charging while gaming, network conditions, and game settings all affect thermal behaviour.

For the best experience, avoid playing demanding games while the phone is exposed to direct sunlight or covered by thick materials. If the device becomes excessively warm, lowering graphics settings or taking a short break can help.

Camera Features and Photography

Although the CODM Edition is designed with gaming in mind, it also includes a capable camera system for everyday photography.

The rear camera setup consists of a 50MP main camera with optical image stabilisation and an 8MP ultra-wide camera. The front-facing camera offers a 13MP resolution.

50MP Main Camera

The 50MP main camera is the primary option for everyday photos. Optical image stabilisation helps reduce the effect of small hand movements, which can be especially useful in low-light situations and when recording video.

The camera is designed for photographing people, food, buildings, travel destinations, and daily activities. Actual results depend on lighting, autofocus, exposure, and software processing.

8MP Ultra-Wide Camera

The 8MP ultra-wide camera allows users to capture more of a scene in a single photograph. It can be useful for group photos, landscapes, architecture, and indoor scenes where there is not enough room to move farther away.

Its lower resolution means it may capture less detail than the main camera, particularly in challenging lighting. It is best viewed as an additional option for wider compositions.

13MP Front Camera

The 13MP selfie camera is designed for selfies, video calls, and social media content. It should be suitable for everyday photography when lighting is good.

The official specifications list video recording up to 4K at 30fps for both the front and rear cameras. Available resolutions and frame rates can vary by recording mode.

Overall, the camera system is suitable for ordinary photography, but users who prioritise professional-level camera performance should review real-world photo samples before buying.

Battery Life and Charging

The Infinix Note 60 Pro CODM Edition includes a large 6,500mAh battery. This capacity is intended to provide extended use for gaming, video playback, browsing, and everyday communication.

Battery life depends on how the phone is used. High-refresh-rate gaming, 5G connectivity, high screen brightness, and prolonged recording can consume more power than messaging or light browsing. Actual screen-on time will therefore vary between users.

The phone supports up to 90W wired fast charging. With a compatible charger, this can reduce the time required to recharge the battery. Actual charging speed depends on the charging equipment, battery temperature, and charging conditions.

Wireless charging is also supported at up to 30W, according to the official product listing. The phone additionally supports reverse wired charging up to 7.5W and reverse wireless charging up to 5W for compatible devices.

For mobile gamers, the combination of a large battery and fast charging can be especially useful. It provides flexibility for long gaming sessions and helps reduce downtime between uses.

Audio Quality and Connectivity

The Infinix Note 60 Pro CODM Edition features dual stereo speakers tuned by JBL. Stereo audio can make games, films, and other entertainment more immersive by providing sound from both sides of the phone.

The device also advertises Hi-Res Audio and DTS support. Audio quality will depend on the content, application, volume, and connected accessories.

Connectivity features include dual Nano-SIM support, 5G connectivity, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, USB Type-C, and an in-display fingerprint sensor. The official listing also includes NFC and an infrared blaster. Feature availability and practical uses can vary by region.

For competitive online gaming, a stable network connection is important. Wi-Fi quality, mobile signal strength, network congestion, and server conditions can affect latency. A powerful phone cannot eliminate lag caused by an unstable internet connection.

Software and Special CODM Features

The phone is listed with Android 16 and Infinix’s XOS interface. This software provides the core smartphone experience, including application management, customisation, security controls, and access to supported Android applications.

The CODM Edition’s main appeal is its gaming-focused design and advertised support for up to 120FPS gameplay in Call of Duty: Mobile. The rear Active Matrix display adds another distinctive element to the device.

Software features can change through updates, and the actual availability of game-specific settings depends on the installed game version. Buyers should also check Infinix’s official software-support policy if long-term Android upgrades and security updates are important priorities.
